How to manage voicemail messages?
You can check and manage your voicemail messages on Linkus.
Linkus for PC
On the menu bar, click 
to view and manage your voicemail messages.
- Listen to the voicemail
- Right click the desired message, and choose how to play the message.

- Play: Play the message on your computer.
- Play on the IP phone: Play the message on your IP phone.
Note: If a messages is read, the message will disappear from the Unread list.
- Download the voicemail
- Right click the desired message, and click Save as to save the message to your local PC.
- Change read status of the voicemail

- On Unread list, you can mark the message as “Read”.
- On All list, you can mark the message as “Unread”.
- On Unread list, you can mark the message as “Read”.
- Delete the voicemail
- Right click the desired message, and click Delete.
- Call the caller back
- Right click the desired message, and click Call.
Linkus for Mobile
- Listen to the voicemail
- Tap
to play the message.
- Change read status of the voicemail
- Long press the message, and select Read or Unread.
Note: The read message displays , while the unread message displays .
- Delete the voicemail
- Long press the message, and tap Delete.
- Call the caller back
- Long press the message, and tap Callback.
