Synchronize extensions information on PBX, which is also called colleagues information.

Contacts
Synchronize information of PBX Contacts.
PBX Contacts saves a list of external contacts, including personally managed contacts and shared company contacts.
- Company Contacts: A directory that can be shared among authorized colleagues. Authorized colleagues can store a number of external contacts, such as company’s customers, resellers, and partners.
Note: If you fail to see company contacts, it indicates that you don’t have the permission to view company contacts.
- Personal Contacts: A directory exclusive to yourself, which allows you to store a number of external contacts, such as direct customers.
Note: Personal Contacts is only visible to yourself.
