Why can’t I see Contacts?

 

Linkus for PC

To use Contacts feature on Linkus Lite, make sure both the PBX server and Linkus Lite meet the following requirements:

PBX server Version requirement
PULSE S-Series VoIP PBX (applicable to S50, S100, S300) 30.13.0.30 or later
PULSE K2 IPPBX 80.13.0.30 or later
PULSE Cloud PBX 81.13.0.30 or later

 

Linkus Lite Version requirement
Linkus Windows Desktop 1.10.3 or later
Linkus Windows Desktop 1.10.3 or later

Linkus for Mobile

To use Contacts feature on Linkus Mobile Client, make sure both the PBX server and Linkus Mobile Client meet the following requirements:

PBX server Version requirement
PULSE S-Series VoIP PBX (applicable to S50, S100, S300) 30.13.0.15 or later
PULSE K2 IPPBX 80.13.0.15 or later
PULSE Cloud PBX 81.13.0.15 or later

 

Linkus Mobile Client Version requirement
Linkus Android Client 2.9.6 or later
